Order & Shipping Policy

Ocean World Imports is an Direct importer of souvenirs, gifts and novelty Items, and offers wholesale products to retail trade stores only.
Minimum Orders: $200.00 for new accounts; $100.00 for reorders.
First Time Orders: To ensure an expedited process for first orders, first orders must be COD or prepaid with a credit card.
Payments: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Business checks, and Cashier checks.
Account with Terms:
Backorders: Unless otherwise specified, if ordered items are not available, they will automatically be backordered. Backorders less than $100.00 will be shipped for free. Shipping charges will apply for backorders over $100.00. We will contact you regarding backorders before we ship.
Shipping: All orders are shipped FOB fromOcean World Imports warehouse in Orlando, FL via Ground service, unless otherwise specified. All packages will ship with tracking, insurance, and require signature.
Terms: Net 30 is available for approved accounts with strong credit references. For approval, applicants must complete a credit application backed by a personal guarantee. Please allow at least two (2) weeks for processing. Net 30 accounts do not include grace periods. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (pro-rated daily) will be added to all past due accounts. Please Note: once terms have been extended; we do not accept payment from credit card. Unless Customer agrees to pay 3% credit card processing fees.

NO returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. Returns are subject to 10% restocking fee.
Defective or erroneous goods may be credited to the account or replaced. Replacements will be shipped along with the next order placed. Please contact us within 14 days to request an RMA to return the defective goods or inform us of any errors in an order.
Imprinted items/ custom design orders are non-refundable.
RMAis required for all returns. RMA must be requested within 14 days after receiving the shipment. RMA is valid for 14 days after the issue date. Return packages must contain the RMA # on the outside box. Otherwise,return shipment will be refused.
If shipments are refused, a 20% restocking fee plus fright charges in both directions will be applied.
Please report noticeable damages to the cartons to the carrier immediately before accepting the delivery of the package.
Items are packed very carefully and approved by carriers. Carriers are responsible for damage to the itemsduring transit.
Retain the damaged goods and all shipping materials in the event carriers choose to inspect the damaged goods.
Please report damaged shipment to Ocean World Imports customer service by email to: sales@coceanworldimports.com or fax within 7 days of receipt, we are glad to assist you with filing the claim to the carrier.

We reserve the right to change prices without written notices on all order except backorders. Prices at the time of order placement will be honored for backorders.
Samples and products’ pictures in the catalog do not reflect actual size. They may vary slightly in colors and sizes from the products shipped.

Minimum order is 48 pcs per name when using a name drop.
We start processing your orders right away. We will not be able to cancel or reduce the order that contain name drop items.
